Proposed By-laws Amendments

GWAC’s By-laws Committee and Board of Directors have been hard at work reviewing and proposing amendments to GWAC’s By-laws to be responsive to the requests of members and to be in conformity with current practice.

During the General Body Meeting on June 13, 2019, the Board will present and explain the proposed By-laws changes. A redline of the proposed amendments can be viewed here. Additionally, a high level explanation of the substantive changes can be viewed here. The proposed amendments will not affect the current election cycle.
