Bayliss Fiddiman is currently a Senior Policy Analyst in K-12 education at the Center for American Progress. Prior to that she worked as a fellow at the Education Law Center in Newark, NJ and the Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ where she completed a leadership development fellowship. During her time in law school she investigated cold cases of anti-civil rights violence with the Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Project at Northeastern University School of Law. She completed internships with the Northeastern University General Counsel’s Office, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, the Boston Police Department, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
Bayliss received her B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with Commonwealth Honors College distinction, and her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. Bayliss previously served at GWAC’s Public Relations Chair.
